International property expert returns to SA

Ed Hatch International property expert returns to S A
RE/MAX of Southern Africa is once again hosting international property expert, author and trainer, Ed Hatch, who will be addressing RE/MAX real estate professionals in various venues throughout the country from 21 August until 3 September.
Adrian Goslett, CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa, says: “For the past three years we have hosted Ed Hatch so that our agents and Broker/Owners can gain valuable knowledge and information to be able to thrive in today’s market.  This year the theme of his talk will be ‘running your business from an agent’s perspective’, which should to be a highly informative and interesting topic for property professionals wanting to improve on their business acumen and productivity.”
Goslett notes that Hatch’s insight into the real estate profession and the property market is rivaled by few other trainers. “He has been in the real estate for over thirty years in various capacities which has allowed him to gain a wealth of knowledge on what to do and what not to. It is access to experienced, knowledgeable trainers such as Ed Hatch that has assisted real estate professionals of today to weather the storm of the recession and come out on the other side performing better than ever,” says Goslett.
He notes that Hatch’s credentials speak for themselves. As a professional realtor, Ed Hatch holds the CRB, CRS, and GRI designations. Since becoming licensed in 1977, he has excelled in every phase of the profession from salesperson to manager and Broker/Owner. In addition, he was the 1998 president of the Council of Residential Specialists. As the president of Ed Hatch Seminars, he has addressed over 100 audiences each year since 1990. Hatch has been a featured speaker at the last 18 consecutive National Association of Realtors (NAR) Conventions, ten Certified Residential Specialist CRS Sell-a-brations, and has spoken internationally throughout the US, Brazil, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
“The knowledge gained from industry experts such as Hatch will no doubt assist RE/MAX agents to better position themselves within the market, as well as provide a better and more efficient service to their clients,” says Goslett.
He notes that given the weight of the decision of purchasing a property, it goes without saying that it is imperative that buyers and sellers work with knowledgeable real estate professionals.
“It is our goal to ensure that the real estate agents and Broker/Owners who work under the RE/MAX umbrella have access to every resource they need to be the professionals that people can depend on. Having a trainer of Ed’s calibre share his knowledge with RE/MAX of Southern Africa can only further enhance the service we provide as professionals in the industry,” concludes Goslett.
